Hi Leute,
also wir haben einen Mod für Webspell grad fertig. Dieser erlaubt es im Admincenter zwischen User Description und WoW char auszuwählen. Falls letzteres gewählt wird, wird der entsprechende Char mit Armory link etc. pp. unter Userdescription angegeben. Das ganze ist erstmal unsere erste Version. Es funktioniert zwar schon aber wir wollen es noch etwas komfortabler machen usw.

, nein spaß, aber ich möchte dennoch nochmal etwas wiederholen:
Es ist schon in Planung das ganze so zu erweitern das A: jeder user seinen eigenen char reinstellen kann und B: nicht nur seinen sondern seine, also mehrere adden kann. Wie wir das vom optischen her machen... lasst euch überraschen.
Schreibt mal was ihr davon haltet bis jetzt und ob alles einwandfrei läuft.
Ich würde mich sehr über lob (natürlich auch über kritik) freuen zwinkern

Ok sorry for posting in german. I try this in english.
We are still working for a new version. Thanks for your feedback, i think we will show the character in the profile as you said. It will be also better, because there should be more than just 1 character. I think in some days the new version will be ready.

Ok, also das ganze hab ich nochmal geupdated. Ab jetzt wird der WoW-Char im Userprofil angezeigt unter einem neuen Menüpunkt. Zusätzlich kann man auswählen ob der WoW char auch als Userdescription angezeigt wird. Das ganze ist auf unserer Seite www.nvx-gaming.de.vu unter dem folgenden Link downzuloaden: http://nvxgaming.nv.fu...hp?site=files&file=54
Für eine Demo des ganzen schaut euch die folgenden Links an:

Wie ihr hoffentlich sehen könnt, zeigt er bei den aktiv-WoW spielenden Membern den Char unter Userdescription und bei solchen wie mir die zwar einen char haben aber nicht mehr spielen, eine normale userdescription an und nur noch im Profil den Char.
Ich hoffe meine neue Version gefällt euch und läuft fehlerfrei.
Die Chars sind standardmäßig über das Admincenter hinzuzufügen.

Für das nächste Release, was aber noch etwas dauern kann ist folgendes geplant:
- mehrere WoW chars zum eintragen
- Nur der mainchar unter userdescription, falls userdescription gleich dem wow char sein soll.
- Über MyProfile die chars zum hinzufügen

So das ganze werd ich auch gleich mal in Englisch schreiben aber jetzt muss ich erstmal weg amüsiert

Ok now in english:

The new Updated Mod is now available. With this new Version, the wow-char will be shouwn in the userprofil. On top of that you can choose whether the character should be shown as userdescription. All this can be found at our site, www.nvx-gaming.de.vu, under the following link:

It\'s better but i would have removed it from squads tho. I like your new fixes with the more character and adding chars on your own, but i\'m not sure about it with the \'only main char can be shown\'. Why would you add more chars if can only see your main?

Ok the new Version is ready!!!

Erstmal in Deutsch:
Die neue Version ist ein WoW-Addon speziell für Webspell. Damit könnt ihr eure Chars unter Profil anzeigen lassen (belibig viele). Wahlweise kann ein Admin den Char auch als userdescription anzeigen lassen (nur einer damit das design nicht verzogen wird...).
Was hat sich geändert seit der ersten Version:
-mehr als 1 char hinzufügbar!
-chars können bequem über myprofil (edit profile) hinzugefügt und gelöscht werden.
-Admins können im Admincenter auswählen ob ein bestimmter des nutzers als userdescription angezeigt werden soll.
-der server wird jetzt auch angezeigt.

-chars can now be added and deleted under myprofile (edit profile).

Hey! Ok first of all, really nice addon. But! With the new changes i think you will have to show witch chars are Alts and what char is main! See my point?

yeah i see, but the admin can choose the char, which will be shown in the user description (or if just a normal userdescription will be shown)... you have to tell him your main char. Especially for those who are (for example) in a wow squad.
This is one aspect, i will fix in the next release, but i need some more.

yeah this is a well idea, thx for the reply!
I will fix it in the next release. Most is done and it is running in beta. I think around 28th december it will be available, because first of all: christmas and than i\'m snowboarding for a week zwinkern

Endlich es ist soweit,

der Mod geht in die dritte Version (V3). Damit ändert sich unteranderem das folgende:

- WOTLK rdy (Deathknight)

- Bugfixes/Securityfixes (Mit verändertem Post konnte man andere Chars bearbeiten, dies ist nun gefixed)

- Ein Char ist als Mainchar auswählbar und wird im Admincenter/members nun angezeigt welcher dieser mainchar ist.

- Ausblendung von WoW Chars falls keine eingetragen sind, im Profil.

- Install.php ist nun dabei und macht es euch noch einfacher den Mod zu installieren.

- Viele andere kleinere Fixes etc., für einen genauen changelog schickt mir bitte eine Mail.

Wer noch nicht weiß was dieser WoW Mod überhaupt ist, für den diese kurze Beschreibung:

Der WoW-Webspell-Mod lässt euch eure eigenen Chars unter Profil hinzufügen. Diese werden dann angezeigt, wenn jmd euer Profil anschaut. Auch kann ein Admin einen eurer Chars auswählen, sodass dieser als Userdescription angezeigt wird. (Dies ist vor allem für WoW-Squads gedacht).
Bei weiteren Fragen meldet euch einfach bei mir info@addons-webspell.org und nighwalc@addons-webspell.org

Your waiting has an end,

the mod goes in the next version (V3). The following changes have been done:

- WOTLK rdy (Deathknight)

- Bugfixes/Securityfixes (With edited Post you could edit other chars, this is now fixed)

- You can choose a char as mainchar, wich will be shown in the Admincenter/members as mainchar.

- If you have no Chars in your profile, WoW Chars won\'t be shown.

- Install.php, makes it a lot easier to install the mod.

- A lot of little fixes. For the complete changelog, you can contact me.

For those who don\'t know, what WoW mod is:

WoW-Webspell-Mod let you add your Chars under your profil. Those will shown for other, when they take a look at your profile. Admins also can choose, whether your character will be shown as userdescription (eg. for WoW-Squads).

So sind ein paar neue Bugfixes drinne, auf die mich ein paar nette user von euch aufmerksam gemacht haben, vielen dank.
Also einfach nochmal neu runterladen und die dateien erneut ersetzen (templates brauchen nicht ersetzt zu werden und die install.php brauch ebenfalls nicht erneut aufgerufen zu werden, falls V3 schon installiert ist).

There are some new bugfixes. Just download it again and replace them on your webserver. You don\'t need to replace the templates or start the install.php again, if you have V3 already installed).

also erstmal: viele gilden nutzen das addon und nur weil hier keiner etwas schreibt, heißt ja nun wirklich nicht dass es keinen interessiert. Einen solch beschissenen post hab ich lange nicht mehr gelesen.
Ich wollte nur mal wieder die arbeit daran aufnehmen und es weiterentwickeln aus reiner freundlichkeit! Wegen solchen leuten wie dir lässt man es dann doch lieber iwas für die webspell community zu entwickeln. also close das topic

RA/NTX (NÂ²itro-0x!D) lass dich nicht entmutigen zwinkern

Gibt bestimmt ne menge Gilden die auf Webspell zugreifen werden wenn dein Addon erstmal bekannter wird.
Momentan interessieren sich bestimmt nur zuwenige Gilden für Webspell das es halt nicht dafür ausgelegt ist.

Haste schonmal versucht in Foren wo die Gilden Leute sich rumtreiben?

Hallo Râ,
nachdem ich dein WoW-Addon gesehen hatte, musste ich eingestehen das es keine schlechte Idee von dir ist. Ich habe mich daraufhin schlau gemacht und selbst etwas gebastelt lächeln

Leider ist meins nicht mehr wirkl. Addon-Tauglich aufgrund der vielen Änderungen ^^
Vlt werd ich mich aber denoch mal bemühen wenn ich voll und ganz fertig bin.

Soweit ich das sehe funktioniert das Script nahezu fehlerfrei (Version: 4.2.1a), es gab/gibt aber fogende Probleme:

1.
In der profile.php und myprofile.php fehlte folgende Zeile was zu verbuggten Wörtern führte:

In der profile.php steht in Zeile 672 folgendes:

Der Eintrag bgcolor="$border" liefert komischerweise immer einen schwarzen Tabellenrahmen, eine simple Änderung auf bgcolor=#999999 zeigte Wirkung.

Und zu guter letzt, es wird der Fehlercode "Resource id #27" bei jeglichen Aufrufen der profile.php ausgegeben (die Ausgabe stimmt aber soweit). Soweit ich weiss handelt es sich um einen MySQL Fehler. Da bin ich aber mit meinen begrenzten Kenntnissen etwas überfragt wie das zu lösen wäre.

Zwei Fragen hätte ich auch noch, zum einen bringt die festlegung eines "Mainchar" keine ersichtliche Änderung (ich schätze es sollte die Anzeigereihenfolge geändert werden) innerhalb des Profiles und zum anderen scheint der Eintrag eines Armory Links (fast^^) überflüssig zu sein da ein Server sowie ein Charaktername bereits festgelegt werden. Ich habe daher einfach mal den Armory Link direkt in die myprofile.php mit eingebaut (Zeile 147-184):

So ich hab gerade zwangweise den "Resource id #27" Fehler fixen müssen, denn die "Members Gästebücher" und die "Last10Posts" waren, wohl durch den versionsunterschied, auch verbugged und die werden mit über die profile.php gesteuert.

SHAZAAM! Fertig, das wars auch schon, bei mir funktioniert das gesamte Script jetzt einwandfrei auf WEBSPELL 4.2.1b (ok ich hab das mit dem Mainchar in der myprofile.php mal rausgelöscht weil ich keine Funktion erkennen konnte, aber ist ja auch nicht so wichtig, wer listet schon 20 chars damit ^^)

Hallo zusammen!!!!

Ich suche für einen Freund ein WoW addon das er auf seiner Homepage seine Charakter anzeigen kann!!
Das heist ich nütze für seine HP des webspell 4.2.2a SE und würde eben gerne ein Addon einbauen was zu webspell passt.
Was auch noch ginge wäre ein skript mit eigener Db da ich auf dem Webspace noch einige DB's zur Verfügung habe.
Also bitte wenn einer ein Addon/Skript weis einfach den Link hier rein!

Wäre echt net von euch

sry aber da ich die suche funktion von früher schon kenne habe ich diese natürlich auch benütz bevor ich hier rein gepostet habe ... ich finde nichts der gleichen was mir persönlich weiter helfen könnte da ich 1.kaum coder kenntnise habe 2. DB erfahrung 0% also bin ein echtes "nogapatsl" auf dem ganzen gebiet zwinkern

Ich habe mal auf einer seite ein skript gesehen das vom arsenal alles ausliest dieses Skript finde ich aber nicht mehr und einen Freund der es damals hatte hat mir gesagt das es sei ein paar patches her nicht mehr funzt.

Würde mich trozdem um Hilfe freuen oder einen der einen Tipp für mich hat wie ich was machen kann zwinkern

hi, also ich bin seit einiger zeit dran, mein WoW-Addon nochmal völlig neu zu schreiben für die neue Version. Hatte ein paar Aufträge und Privates zu erledigen, weshalb das ganze schon länger in Arbeit ist. Es wird allerdings bald fertig sein und dann für die neue Version zur verfügung stehen, zudem werden ein paar neue Funktionen drinne sein und die Funktionsweise an sich wird auch verbessert.

Also einfach noch ein bisschen abwarten, dann gibts die neue Verion

Hallo Leute,

nach längerer Zeit hab ich endlich mal mein altes WoW Addon ganz neu gecodet, natürlich für die neue Version. Es ist soweit auch fertig, es fehlen nur noch die vollständigen Übersetzungen. Ich biete es daher erstmal in einer Beta an, bis es wirklich völlig fertig ist.
Wer es also schonmal haben möchte, der melde sich bitte bei mir. Wenn es dann vollständig fertig ist, werde ich auch hier den Link zum DL posten.

Tut nichts zur sache, ist ne uralte testpage von mir, auf der noch das alte WS lief. Also irgendein Scriptkiddy hat sich da toll gefühlt, ist mir aber auch egal, nutze den space nicht mehr.

So können wir zum thema zurückkommen? Wenn die neue version endgültig released wird, dann wird es natürlich eine neue demo geben.
