EN - Technical support • Strange character in shoutbox?

Hello there I have been having an issue with my shoutbox and am hoping someone may know the answer.
Basically when somebody uses the ' symbol it adds a / symbol instead.

Does anyone know which file could hold the problem?

Oh as this has been something I have been trying to fix for sometime now I am going to send the person who tells me howto fix it 10Euros for the help lächeln.
