As Losty-1H had stated and had envyus/Antonio banned as a scammer I can honestly tell you he is right I just got ripped off by envyus myself..and for this reason I will not trust a soul from this site anymore..and be even more careful at other site and watch out for the same reason.. And now I got a email from "Aase Dan - Rönnowska skolan <Dan.Aase@skola.helsingborg.se>; " saying he is a member of webspell and I can't find his name here..my only thinking is it " envyus " again using a different name ... I TRUST NO ONE...NOW A further reason why I don't trust anyone now.. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ PM from Losty-1H: But i won the case, will get the money back within 5days ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This the answer I got from Paypal on my claim: Unfortunately, we are denying your claim because your purchase was for a virtual, digital, or intangible item. Indeed, our PayPal Purchase Protection only covers claims involving physical items that can be shipped and tracked. Payments for intangible, digital items or services are therefore not covered. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Because a coder service or a theme is something you can't hold in your hand paypal does not recognize it as a product like a lamp or book...for me dumb policy..since lots of transactions are web based services.. |

Well I hope you can understand...the reluctance of my getting involved...with anyone...now...And I did not say he was a scammer I was just curious that just after I received my claim being denied...my being cautious... And you know what I don't know you from squat..so why should I take your word for it...hmmm...maybe you second account here is Dan..and your trying to make him look good..just like " Envyus " had two accounts here.. |

Makes one wonder ... doesn't it..I've also written several PM's to Losty-1H and no replies over several weeks.. |

Update Flash: Since paypal did nothing I have been in contact with VISA Resolutions dept..and they are filing a claim discussion with paypal...which Visa doesn't understand paypal's reason for denying my original claim a Service was promised and not delivered..claimant unable to email seller due to email address does not exsist anymore..in other word " scammer " So now " Envyus " or " Envyus Services " is gonna have Visa down his throat...for refund... |

Good luck secret agent man. I hope you get your money back but I doubt you will to be honest .He probably used an unverified account with a fake address/name/telephone number if he scammed you. |

It wont help you much though as when he created his paypal he probably gave ALL false details and most likely created that paypal from a remote computer (VPN) so all that together would mean he would be totally untracable and most likely spent the cash online (not sending directly to another paypal account) Unfortunately I think you are shit out of luvk on this one. |

IP addresses these days can be spoofed eaily by using a proxy: http://hidemyass.com (if someone wants to remain hidden then there is no way of tracing them/banning them) |

You obviously don't know howto trace IP's as that IP which you supplied I just traced and it certainly is not located in Greece. Anyway what are we meant to do with his webhosts IP address? You do realise though that Paypal will still charge you for the ammount that Visa claimed back for you as it clearly states in thier TOS that digital goods are not covered under thier buyers protection policy. Visa would have refunded the ammount but you will be made to pay it back to Paypal as once their system catches up your Paypal balance will be in the minus for the ammount credited to you. Sorry to have to inform you of that but thats how they opperate as you will soon enough find out. Hope it wasn't a large ammount of cash though and I also hope for your sake that the guy who you sent the cash to have a verified Paypal account as it it was unverified then you are doubally screwed :S. |

Well, you are right about the trace its in UK..so the IP tracker I use is screwed up..well as for the money..nope I went straight to Visa's Resolution Centre and they presented my case and charged back from " envyus "...not paypal..cause if it was like you said paypal would have notified me the moment the money was deposited in my Visa Account... And just checking " envyus " site " www.diversitygaming.com " it expires in Mar.12 |

Have you done a domain WHOIS because you can get the domain owners full name and address normally unless they paid extra for privacy control or used fake info. |

Yea, but his bank account or credit card won't be hidden from Visa... also I am tempted to write to his provider and state he is using their service for fraudulent services..putting up the web site as a decoy and scamming people with it...not quite sure what effect that would do ..but a thought |
