Its the mail you enter when you install webspell.
I think you can change it if you go into the mysql database and fin the right tabell.
Have chaged something that way, but not the mailadress.

@zekko, open the register.php and edit lines 112/113. but if you remove the reg mail you have to be aware that you have to activate each user manually via the admin center.
