I just found this Jquery Pre-loader and to me it seems like an awesome idea to use it on allmost any website instead of a normal enter page..

Nice effects and it's for free..

Moste useless shit ever. I've I had a slow connection I could have already read the News I was interessted in reading if it wasn't for the stupid preloader.

I have a fast connection so the preloader thing loads in about 1sec. So would have the Site. Result: 1 useless page more before I can see what I came to see (+1 Click more as it seems).

My Opinion: As stupid as a prepage.

Well as you said that is your opinion but I tried it and yes I guess you have a point but for those with slow connections the site may look better since most gaming sites has alot of graphics..

I still think it is a good enterpage since a normal enter page would not be of any use at all

Preloader are useless and they are very bad for usability.
