But the guy we paid to do it to be honest didnt do a great job on the way it looks like he said he would do, so we would like someone to spice it up a bit and customise each page and add some mods for us. And to also customise it to take away the feel and look of webspell.

haha I know that feeling. Was in the same position with www.ipgn.eu - the website developer promised me it wouldn't have a webspell feel yet just installed the mod and that was it. I ended up coding everything myself til I had enough. I've now decided I hate the design so waiting to buy a new one before customising it all again.
