is this only a blog for Admins or do users get one to? if not How to set up blogs for users?

Sorry, it works. I was just silly and didn't see that you need to view all entries to be able to see the comments. I thought it was possible in the overview. gj on the addon

ehm ... what exactly doesn't work with your comment function ... if you upload all files inclued in the RAR file ist should work

I get some sort of error when I goto the site, where can I else download this and use it in English/danish - if not in danish I would like to translate.
