I have created a script for integrating a phpBB3 forum into webSPELL. It is still not tested deeply, but we already use it on our page. It can be found here: fragaholics.de

One known issue not mentioned in the readme file: Renaming accounts is not handled, so you might want to disable the input field for the account name in the myprofile template (replace it with an type=\"hidden\" field).

no I did not, I would have to install both webSPELL and phpBB from scratch... if there are problems with the org version I will do this!

blacky-X: IIRC BB2 does not know auth plugins, so this cannot be transferred easily to BB2. Also I do not use BB2 for a long time now, and I don\'t intend to go back ;-)

M8 i got a question for you , i got a forum installed in /forum/ folder for a long time now and i got over 25k posts plus a hell lot users , will i loose them all with this integration or can i transfer them somehow?

Thanks for integration! It is help me a lot. But i have some questions. i have forum with many topics, can i integrate it? and i find 1 bug. When i create new user, he have no rights on forum. he cant do anything. even watching forums. how i can fix this?

TSK i think you will have to look at the forums, you may have locked the forums so noone can see or do anything in the forum. Look in adminpanel (i think it is)

I\'ve got a question about this integration. My site has a \'last thread\' function on the index layout, would It be needed to be recoded for have the same function as now when I\'m using the regular webspell forum? Thanks
