    Germany Funktionen:
    - jeder User kann auf seinen Profil eine Statusbemerkung hinterlassen die andere User und Gäste sehen können
    - eine Historie aller Bemerkungen kann angezeigt werden
    - jeder User kann eigene Bemerkungen löschen
    - aktuelle Anzeige kann gelöscht werden ohne das die Historie verloren geht
    - jeder User- und Superadmin kann bei jeden Bemerkungen löschen
    - language switch: DE + UK

    United Kingdom Functions:
    - each user can leave a status note on his profile
    - a history of all comments can be displayed
    - each user can delete their own comments
    - current display can be cleared
    - each user- and superadmin can delete any comments
    - language switch: DE + UK
